269 blocks from stern to bow: the black hull with its gilt stripe and rows of portholes, four buff funnels and two masts with the crow's nest, built from the public-domain 1911 side plan.
She lies in the river just off Ocean Dock, minutes after leaving her berth on 10 April 1912, her bow toward the open water.

Straight down over the decks
Twenty lifeboats on their davits, the bridge and the deckhouses, laid out from the 1912 boat deck plan.
From straight above you can see the whole layout: the four funnels in a line, the boats along both sides and the wells fore and aft.

The staircase runs from the boat deck down through the decks under its glass dome, and the rooms of the ship open off it.

About this Titanic map
The map engine builds Southampton's docks from map data, and the Titanic is added on top, built from the ship's own plans: BlockMap adds special details like this at some famous places. Search Titanic and the app builds the Southampton world with the ship in it.
The ship is 1 block = 1 metre, with about thirty rooms joined by stairs. The river there is only eight blocks deep, so the bottom two metres of the hull are folded away; everything you can see and walk through is at full size.
The ship is the Titanic as she sailed from Southampton, a piece of history to explore: her rooms, her machinery and her decks.
How we made this page
We made this world with the BlockMap app on 19 October 2026: search “Titanic”, golden hour look, Bedrock Edition, real terrain. It took 8 seconds on our servers and came out as a 2.4 MB .mcworld file.
We opened that same file in Minecraft Bedrock Edition and filmed it with a scripted camera that flies slow, planned paths (inside, it follows paths planned block by block through the rooms). Nothing in the world was changed for the camera. The overhead map and the numbers on this page are measured from the same file.
The map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors, with building data from the Overture Maps Foundation, land cover from ESA WorldCover, tree canopy from Meta and WRI, and elevation from the GEDTM30 terrain model. Worlds are built by the open-source Arnis engine, and this place has extra detail made by the BlockMap team.
Questions
How do I download this Titanic Minecraft map?
Install BlockMap on your phone, search Titanic, pick Golden Hour under World look if you want the sunset, and tap Create. About a minute later the app opens the world in Minecraft, or gives you a download link for Java. Your first world is free.
Is it really full size?
Yes. One block is one metre, so the ship is 269 blocks long and her funnel tops stand 43 blocks above the water, like the real ship.
Can I go inside?
Yes. Stairs join about thirty rooms, from the Grand Staircase and the dining saloon to the swimming bath, the boiler rooms and the car in the hold.
How do I get the golden sunset from the videos?
In the app, open World look and pick Golden Hour before you tap Create. Without it the world is in daylight.
Does this Titanic map work in Minecraft PE on my phone?
Yes. Minecraft PE (Pocket Edition) is now called Bedrock Edition, the Minecraft on phones and tablets. The app opens the world in Minecraft with one tap, and it appears in your worlds list.
Can I play it on a PC with Java Edition?
Yes. Choose Java in the app before you create the world, open the world's download link on your PC and unzip it into your saves folder. Java worlds need Minecraft Java 1.21.4 or newer.
Is it free?
Your first world is free. After that you can make a free world every 8 hours, or subscribe for unlimited worlds.
