Privacy Policy

BlockMap · Effective date: 6 July 2026

Summary

BlockMap ("the app") lets you turn real-world locations into playable Minecraft (Bedrock) worlds. To do this, the app sends the location you choose to our servers, which generate a world file for you to download. We collect only what we need to provide and improve this service, to manage your subscription, and to prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data, and BlockMap contains no third-party advertising.

Data we collect

How we use your data

Data sharing and third-party services

We do not sell your data. We share limited data with service providers who help us run BlockMap:

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose data if required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Data retention and deletion

We keep generated world files only for a limited time and then delete them from our servers. Account and subscription records are kept as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of the data associated with your installation by contacting us at contact@nikandrsoftware.com; we will delete it unless we are required to keep it (for example, for tax or legal reasons).

Children's privacy

BlockMap is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the effective date above indicates the latest revision.
